Seems like this company has a bit of a reputation.... They promised a speedy dispatch and delivery in just 2 days, but here I am, still waiting after 4 days... could it take even longer?

I got a response saying it should arrive today (21st), and if it does, I’ll let it slide and take down my 'complaint'.

Update at 10:40 pm on the 21st (the day it was supposed to show up) = NO DELIVERY (so far)......

Sitebox got my SWA cutter to me ahead of schedule, and it showed up in great shape. I'm really happy with this fantastic new tool!

I reached out to them on 16/02 because I had a question about the hooks. The item description mentioned 50, but then it also said 100, so I wanted to clarify how many hooks were included in the key storage unit. The customer service rep contacted the supplier to check on my query and the stock. The next day, on 17/02, I received an email stating that the stock level had changed and they didn’t have the item available anymore. They just processed a refund without offering any alternatives. Honestly, the service and stock management were really lacking. I looked online at the stockist Phoenix's website, and guess what? The stock was actually available there. It seems like the real issue was a pricing error on their site, and they weren’t upfront about it.

As a newbie shopper, I gotta say there’s absolutely no letdown.
